Slow and not customer oriented. After I finally received my test report, I asked if we could have a short conversation to review the results and what they meant. I am not a chemist and the reports were indecipherable as to what is okay vs not okay in the water. After waiting for 2 weeks for a reply to my email, I was told to "google the results because that is what they would do"!! Google the results? Unbelievable. Great customer service for +$300 in test fees. Do NOT USE this joke of a lab.
