Contacted for plumbing job but he hadn't got his diary promised he would ring back, waited 3 days still no call so due to urgency hubby phoned who was advised that he would come on Friday so booked day off work (lost days pay) Unfortunately didn't turn up and made no contact to cancel. Totally unreliable in our case
