Anytime I’ve had to go to the ER, this is the place we drive from Lexington to go to. The wait is shorter, they are much kinder than other ERs in Lexington, and it’s cleaner.
Have had to go there often over past several years for migraines, seizures , stroke and back pain and have always been treated well!
Before my husband received care, we were given an estimated patient financial obligation of $900 on admission for a simple procedure, however a month later we received a bill that showed we owed $2,930. After disputing the charge AND calling RJ Corman ER billing about my options, we were told there was nothing I could do but pay it. How is it that we are required to pay 3 times the amount we were estimated it would cost and not given notification or options during the visit ?!??!
