I have been to this ER numerous times. The care is always fantastic. The doctors and staff have always been attentive, friendly, efficient, and thorough. Clean facility.

If Joseph Karpinsky is on duty, drive to Lexington. We've always had a good experience here until recently. My husband had a serious infection in his foot. This doctor came in treating us like he just didn't want to be there. My husband rated his pain as the worst he had ever felt. Nobody could take the time to explain anything they were doing or what was going on. If we asked questions, that was unacceptable or even insulting to the physician. Anytime I’ve had to go to the ER, this is the place we drive from Lexington to go to. The wait is shorter, they are much kinder than other ERs in Lexington, and it’s cleaner.

Before my husband received care, we were given an estimated patient financial obligation of $900 on admission for a simple procedure, however a month later we received a bill that showed we owed $2,930. After disputing the charge AND calling RJ Corman ER billing about my options, we were told there was nothing I could do but pay it. How is it that we are required to pay 3 times the amount we were estimated it would cost and not given notification or options during the visit ?!??!
