Very poor customer service. Took 10 days to get a repair quote and then the quote was grossly over-estimated. They didn’t bother to check to see if our generator was still under warranty which it was. A $2100+ quote from R&J wound up being $400 from another company. Avoid them at all costs.
If you ever call them for a question or concern regarding your generator, hopefully you don’t get Mike. He’s rude, abrupt, totally unhelpful and all around dismissive of your concerns. He takes a condescending tone and attitude to anything you ask him. I don’t know how he still works there.
