Worst company to deal with. Placed an order for 12 tumblers with a designated delivery date of Feb 25th gave them 20 days to do it have it shipped and delivered as I gave them the order on the 5th. They charged my card on the 11th and guaranteed me it would be here on time. Have called 25 times today and can only get a voicemail. Would not recommend this company to anyone!

I received a call out of the blue this morning, I had an excellent relationship with this firm 10-20 years ago. At that time I was busy, now I am extremely busy and don't have time to search for items that I need. R&J Concepts called out of the blue this morning. Same tactics, same disregards and no respect for what we need, for what we want. The photo is their reply. "GET A JOB!"

Very poor customer service. If you challenge them on quality issues they hang up on you, wait a few months and call back from a blocked number acting like nothing happened. I got stuck with gloves that the writing wipes off, knives that the wooden insert falls out. Flash lights that about 30% don't work. Just called again today I asked about the issues he hung up. Mike is a pos.

after being told not to call, they called back under Private Number, after picking up Mike started talking like we're best friends, never identifying who he is, I had to ask how I'm speaking with, after I said NO to buying anything he was offended, asked what he did wrong, 1. don't call back- called back 2. unlisted number, why?? 3. didn't identify himself 4. aggressive sales pitch

Placed order for Striker knives. Wanted to use for promotional item to clients.Poorest quality ever. Product scratched, poor engraving, very cheap quality, poor packaging. Cannot give used product to client. I will never use these guys again.Buyer beware
