I am the property manager at Sand and Surf resort and we had R&J replace parts of our cement roof. And the team that came out were extremely efficient not to mention very polite and did an excellent job our property on the part that they repaired looks brand new I would recommend them to anyone and everyone who is in search of having their roof, stucco and any concrete restoration work these guys are awesome
Worst place to do business with. Nothing but alcoholics and drug addicts.
Bad business. Crazy rules bad pay just don't. Waist of time and little respect for employees time. Great place to meet hell.
I worked here for a few months and would not recommend this company to a single soul. They cut corners and pay the workers garbage. Also have you doing very sketchy things to get the job done that are not OSHA compliant! Serious safety risks get swept under the rug or half fixed. You get no paid leave, they give bonuses to make you feel like your getting something but in reality your working for pennies . Do yourself a favor and apply somewhere else trust me !!
