I had R J Carter come by 8 months ago to ck and repair a small leak at the base of the toilet. They came when they said they would, I don't remember the employee's name & it was the same one that came out again, nice guy, to repair the same problem again. I don't know how long they warrant their work but a wax ring is supposed to last more than 8 mos. So I had advised them that it was the same problem again in less than a year, 8 mos. RJ Plumbing put our pipes in on a brand new Barndominium for us.It did pass inspection but did miss some things for a outdoor spigots.After we were set up to turn it on ,we found out underneath the concrete they combined our hot and cold water together so we had no hot water.They were called 4 times just to come look to see what could be done.The first guy was very rude to me so I asked to speak to owner .I left a message for owner after 2 days never got a call.I called back again to talk to him and she told me It passed ins... read more

Came over to fix a leak in my guest room bathroom. Arrived in 15 minutes needed some parts and said they will be back. Came back were right on time fixed my problem at a reasonable cost. Excellent job and Mark was great.

I just had the best experience with RJ Carter Plumbing. First time I've used them and they did not disappoint! They arrived earlier than expected, were very professional, friendly, and resolved plumbing problem quickly. Highly recommended!
