Worth ever penny. This was a very pleasant interaction. We had them hook our house up to city water and they did a fantastic job.
Excellent service from 1st phone call to day of service! Sally in the office was super friendly & helpful. Called at the end of the day with an emergency, they talked me through the steps to shut off the water at the leak & we’re out the next day first thing!. Austin & Chris, who came to the house, were very friendly, great with our dogs & super fast & efficient! I ended up calling RJ Carter back the next week to help with a project I had going on. Totally recommend for all your plumbing needs!

What a great company!! Everyone from Sally, who set the appointments, to Mark, who came to the house to see what I needed, to Chris and Austin who did the installation, was professional and friendly. I had a new toilet installed. They found the one I wanted and it was done within a week. I highly recommend Carter Plumbing and will call them again if I need plumbing services.
We had our home repiped by RJ CARTER Plumbing. They are reasonably priced and theirs workers known as "The Family" did a Fantastic job. Very professional and explained what needed to be done and how they were to proceed. They even put back up the sheet rock they cut out. All we need to do is tape and plaster. The moment we called and Sally answered , we knew we reached caring and honest people..
