Billy and Austin were very professional and friendly. They fixed our problems in a timely manner.
Billy and Austin with RJ Carter Plumbing did an excellent job. Very friendly and knowledgeable. We had some drainage issues, and low water pressure in one of our showers. They immediately knew what to do for both and solved the problems promptly. No messes for me to clean up once they left, and they provided useful information so we can avoid any future issues. Reasonable price and great service. Thanks guys!
Great job by Billy and Austin installing the RPZ backflow, very courteous, professional group, totally recommend. Gary tested and certified the RPZ in the portal. Great job all the way around. We’ll be using them in the future for various projects 100% recommendations
Carter Plumbing is the best! I called this morning around 10am to make an appointment to have my tankless water heater maintenance done. Expecting to make an appointment for next week they told me they had time available today. They showed up to my house at 10:30! Talk about great service! Wow! I don't think I have ever had a company respond so quickly! Austin and Kasey were extremely friendly, polite and knowledgeable. They got to work right away. I also had 2 additional issues that they promptly reviewed and fixed as well.... read more
I called Carter Plumbing to replace a broken septic line relief valve. They gave me an estimate over the phone and came out same day. Billy did the work quickly and for a reasonable cost. They also re-plumbed our entire house four years ago and we have been pleased with that work as well! Highly recommended.
