I had R J Carter come by 8 months ago to ck and repair a small leak at the base of the toilet. They came when they said they would, I don't remember the employee's name & it was the same one that came out again, nice guy, to repair the same problem again. I don't know how long they warrant their work but a wax ring is supposed to last more than 8 mos. So I had advised them that it was the same problem again in less than a year, 8 mos.
