Rod n Jose offer outstanding service, they are very knowledgeable and give you real advice on what you need and don't need, no up selling! Arrived at 9:20am and was told that I would be taken care of when they were done with a vehicle. A woman arrived 20 minutes after me and they took care of her instantly and when they finished with her at 11:10 am. When they saw that I was getting frustrated waiting for almost 2 hours they then wanted to change my brakes. I took my keys back and left because apparently this company doesn’t value a persons time. Definitely would not ever be coming here and if you value your time I don’t recommend you come here either.
When it comes to professionalism, expert, and knowledgeable in car repairs, I highly recommend R &J Auto repairs, this is the go to shop for the greatest experience in customer service, consultation and price, you can thank me later, thank you Jerod keep up the good work.
