I have been taking my Honda to these people for seven years and about 100000 miles. They have always been friendly, fair, professional, and scrupulously honest. They are half an hour away from home, but it's worth the extra drive. Once, when Rod was test-driving my car, a rock struck the window. Though there was no legal obligation, he took care of what the insurance didn't pay.
Took them twice to time my car correctly. If it hadn't of been brought to their attention the first time that the car ran worse than before. I wouldn't have a problem. We told them when we picked up the car the first time that it was running worse. they told us that there was something else wrong besides the timing. 2 months of tests and new parts, we took it somewhere else to run another diagnostic.
