Signed a contract with this contractor at the beginning of April to build a gazebo in our backyard. Sent a deposit at that time They committed to starting work in late August-early September. As of today, October 1st, no work. The contractor keeps delaying and delaying and blaming everyone but themselves. Zero communication from the contractor on the status of our project.
