After being loyal customers of Mr. Allen at State Farm for 20 years, we are deeply disappointed with the level of customer support we've received recently. Mr Allen is the most amazing worker that State Farm could have. His service goes above and beyond. The customer service he provides is unbelievable. I thank him for his patience, how he explains everything with great details. This gentleman deserves an award . Thank you so much for everything and I hope you get more customers as you are number 1. I have been a client of Mr Allen's since 1992. It has always been a great experience. Any questions or issues on policies that I've had over these many years were handled with care and professionalism. Unfortunately I am moving to another state and I have to change agents. Leaving his agency is the only drawback to moving away.
