2 1/2 years waiting for Delfina and/or her son Orlando to come to my house to REPAIR the quartzite installed November of 2020! Excuse after excuse. Not their fault....100% faulty sealing done. Pathetic customer service. Maybe Judge Judy can help?
I wished I had read the reviews. hard to get a hold of after many calls begging too get the job done she had her ex husband come and install the granite I paid them in full when they left I noticed they cut granite to short and it had cracks . I called her right away sent picture she promised she would fix after 4 months and many texts begging I had enough told her I wanted my money back she refused saying she would come remove my granite and then she would. I said noway where they allowed in my home and I would give it back... read more
The owners name is Delfina. She is very unprofessional. Was available right away to receive payment and never completed the job. Do not use this company. They will just take your payment and you will never see them or hear from them again.
