I contacted Richard for a quote. He came to have a look and said the quote would be with in a few days. That is now 2 months ago and I haven't heard anything. I did contact him 2 times asking if I would get the quote soon, which I was promised I would, but still nothing. I understand things happen, but please just be honest and say you don't want the job or that the quote will take some time to do!

We have been using Richard and his team following a recommendation from a friend. We have always found Richard to be approachable, professional and have a great work ethic. His work has always been 1st class and he has always been tidy in his approach. Finding good workmen nowadays can prove difficult, so finding Richard and his team has been great! We will no doubt call him again for any further decorating needs we have. Thanks very much Richard!
