I've been working with Chris for a few years and I am so happy with everything he has provided for myself and husband. He is extremely friendly, professional, prompt and helpful. I recommended him to my parents and they are also very happy!!!
Chris has a brusque communication style, bordering on rude and certainly unprofessional in my opinion. At times of renewal, he doesn't bother to send comparative quotes. He simply sends you a renewal that he wants you to execute with no analysis of the cost increase/decrease, comparison across multiple carriers etc. When you ask questions about it, you get 1 word or very brief answers that are like riddles, leading to more questions.
