Make sure you have her inspect apartment with you before turning in your key and get copy of signed inspection sheet. She will do whatever she can to screw you out of your deposit
Lease was from RBG Property Management which had a review of keeping deposit. Lease had R- Haus Properties III, LLC written. I gave Qwyn deposit to hold apt. for a few days till I got paid. She wrote "non refundable" on it. The apt. had dirty fridge, oven and toilet but I was desperate. I plugged in a small electric heater and it blew half the outlets in the place.
