Brought them a dually truck once and a car for alignment, both alignments were not done properly. The alignment on the truck needed the tie rod threads to be cut off 2 inches for a proper “toe-in”, wasn’t done. I put the truck on my alignment machine to find out both toe on truck was severely outwards still causing my hankook tires to completely shred the inside tires and wear down my brakes unevenly. If you need an alignment on aftermarket suspensions, look no further.
Took one of our company vans here that needed new spring . After I dropped the vehicle off and they lifted it up, they discovered more damage than we could originally see underneath. They were very quick in identifying and quoting new price, and even though it was a lot more work and time, they went out of their way to get it done the same day still so that we could have the van for the weekend which we needed badly.
