One of these idiots nearly clipped my truck in Ames and continued to drive. After honking and telling him what he did, he flipped me off. Wouldn’t suggest this company to my worst enemy. Stay far away.
The customer service provided by this company is absolutely ludicrous. Wanted to get some work completed by this company as I had twice before. I asked for the gentleman that I had previously worked with. The receptionist (if that's what the company classifies her as), told me he did not work there anymore. Before I could inquire on future services, she disconnected the call. My company can and will go invest our financial resources, time, an interest in another company.
