I would not recommend Gallos to anyone. Such poor communication from there end, no one ever calls back. We just bought a new house with them and there are still things that needs to be finished from punch list to new items that has come up and no one seems to care or return phone calls saying when the issues will be fixed. When buying a new home you expect not have many headaches but of gosh its been taught trying to get any kind of response from them. I have owned a gallo home for 11 years at aboratum village estates and I’m happy with my house no major issues in 11 years other than all my gutters leaking but I think they hire different contractor for that but overall happy
Steve Gallo and his “team” are the most unprofessional group of people I have ever had to work with. Steve Gallo does everything he can to cut corners and is all about quantity over quality. The company he uses for his flooring is the absolute worst and my downstairs and upstairs flooring were never installed properly. Obviously Gallo would not take ownership for these floors even after an outside company deemed the builder at fault. Buying a new home can be stressful in so many ways. To me what matters most is a good and transparent relationship between seller and buyer. After having a few minor issues once we moved in I was very happy to get a call from one of the owners. He made sure everything was fixed as promised. Thanks for all your help! We love our new house.
