RH Fitch installed 52 Marvin windows and 2 La Cantina doors on my new construction home 14 years ago (2009). Time has gone by and I can say that they did an excellent job on all of the windows. No leaks, no installation problems. Very happy with their work. But, I can not say the same for the bi fold door installation. After 14 years I recently noticed discoloring of the wood on the door interior near the bottoms. After inspecting them I found all six doors have absorbed water and have wood rot.
