Avoid this business at all cost! After submitting a competitive bid for a service upgrade in June we agreed to have R&H Electrical do the work. At first his excuses for not doing the work was all pointed at KCP&L. After running out of excuses we have gotten nothing but the run-around from Randy (the owner). After weeks of leaving messages that went unreturned I called him today from a phone number he wasn't familiar with and he picked up right away. We highly recommend R& H electrical!! Randy Stone (owner) installed the 220 electrical connection for our new hot tub. He provided us with a written bid; was here when he said he would be, answered all of our questions; and completed the work in excellent fashion. *Knowledgeable * Honest, Fair, Reliable * Excellent Customer service.
