Very very poor customer service, and little care for the landscape plants at my office. Overall bad appearance for my business, either overgrown or dead an dying. They do not monitor the health of the plants, and do not maintain the irrigation system to function even minimally well, so lots of dead plants, debris and unnecessary poor management.
