Bob Howell put on a roof for us in 2014. In 2017 we discovered there was a big section that he failed to put plywood, or felt ....nothing but shingles to protect us from the elements. I called him many times and wrote him letters and he would not and did not remedy the situation. Now we have a bad leak. ... this is a very bad company and they do not stand behind their work. I would NEVER recommend them.
This business was paid good money by an investor to put a roof on a house that I purchased and have only been living in for a year and a half. I called them when I first moved in to fix an issue with the roof. They sent someone and I thought the issue would be fixed. Now with all the rain in SC, my roof is beginning to leak. I've been reaching out for a month and no one has responded to my calls. This business should honor their work. Roofs are supposed to be good for 15-20 years if installed correctly. I have used Bob Howell multiple times for both roofing and vinyl siding repair, once for hardy plank installation. He has always done excellent work and provided it at a reasonable cost. Highly recommended.
