Wanted to make a birthstone pendant after my dog passed away. Henry helped me out picking a stone and the owner Micheal is the nicest guy! Nhin also helped me out picking some stones for my first few projects ♥️
Amazing gem store in NYC! The selection of stones and crystals is incredible and everything is beautifully displayed. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the different gemstones and their qualities. I found some truly unique pieces at a great price. If you’re looking for high-quality gems or special jewelry, this place is definitely worth visiting. I will definitely come back!
This was my first time using the service to have my stones cut and I was clear that it was my first time using this service. I was hoping to become a regular customer as I'm taking a jewelry class, but my experience here was very odd. The white gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. One of his other workers, an Asian man up front seemed extremely irritated in terms of helping me, had an attitude every time I walked in and messed up my order the first time I asked for it to be cut. Maykel and his team are superb!! They always know how to make my cutting jobs perfect! Rgems have variety of gemstones and multiple options to choose if you want to buy one. The prices are reasonable and the staff are friendly and patient..I will always take a note for Rgems whenever I need to buy a gemstone.
