I did a lot of research before hiring. This company is fully licensed, insured, NADCA certified, and background-checked. They provided proof of insurance before the job and their technicians are certified Air System Cleaning Specialists. So many fly-by-night companies out there are not insured or certified and can damage your HVAC system. With this company, I had total peace of mind knowing they are legitimate, qualified, and accountable. Always hire a certified company - and this is the best one!
I called for duct cleaning because my house is dusty. Tech did a $49 inspection, scoped 4 vents with camera, and said "your ducts are metal and actually clean. You need better filters and to seal your windows. Don't waste $500." He left, charged only inspection fee. Most companies would have taken my money. I referred 9 neighbors who DID need it. Honesty builds a business. When I actually need it, they're the only call I'll make.
