We had a flat tire yesterday and initially went to a well-known franchise tire shop. They told us the tire wasn’t repairable and that we needed to buy a new one. This morning, we decided to try East Bay Tire in Hilo instead. Keanu greeted us, inspected the tire, and let us know it could be repaired—no need for a replacement. He was incredibly friendly, honest, and professional. The repair was done in just 40 minutes, and the price was very reasonable. We’re extremely happy with the service. Thank you, Keanu!
