I always try to support local businesses (and avoid chains like lex brodies)… so we chose here. My wife took our truck to get a slow leak patched and for a tire rotation. Both were done, but somehow the guys raised the air in all tires well above the door number. I had to sit in the pouring rain at home and lower the tire pressure. Do they have some preset number or got the high school kid filling tires? Read inside driver side door number for psi and set it to that. 4 psi over that? I came here about 5 years and had a bad experience, the manager was very rude and the process felt rushed. I wanted to give this place another chance and I’m happy I did. I needed new tires for my other vehicle, I spoke to a guy name Keanu over the phone. He helped me set up an appointment, got me in right away and was very friendly. When I got there it was very busy, however he was the one to greet me, was very efficient, and even gave me his direct number in case I had any issues. Had a 10 am appointment was told it would be an hour. After an hour they had not started, then said it was going to be awhile before they could get to it. Bad attitude, poor service. Went to Lex Brodie’s with no appointment made and they finished in 15 mins. Don’t go there if you want any type of good service and for sure not a safety check.
Our car needed a set of tires, and on New Year’s Eve they were able to squeeze us in last minute with great service and a good price. Then today when I had a valve stem issue on one wheel they fixed it in no time. Great shop great service.
I bought 2 tires, over the phone and was assisted by a gentleman named Keanu. He was super professional, and had a wonderful sense of humor!! He even let my husband pick up the tires for, without adding bureaucratic static. I only wish they opened on Saturdays too, at least till 12:00 pm, but they work hard enough M-F, and always give Aloha Professional service! Starting now, and into 2026 and on...this is the new GREAT VIBE place I am buying new tires from!
