Friendly, efficient and you don’t feel like you’re getting ripped off. Emphasis on the friendly part. Light years better than that other big name tire spot in Hilo. Can’t recommend enough.
My experience at R&G Tires today was the same as past experiences—perfect! I'm truly appreciative of how I've been treated over the decade or so that I've been going to them. The few times I've had to go somewhere else, I've regretted it. I'm a stickler for great customer service and no surprises and I always leave R&G happy. I'll continue recommending them.
Fast friendly excellent woek I learned manu things in automotive school, among the most valuable to me is to recognize good work and itegrity, 5 stars on all points. Koa helped me today, efficient work with a stellar attitude. Everyone there is part of a team delivering quality service with Aloha.
I called for a bid on tires. In the past, they have always included the out the door price with mounting and shop work. They do not include mounting balancing or any of their shop fees so be prepared for a bill on top of what they quoted you over the phone. Also, they won’t tell you they are going to charge additional fees before doing the work. Very dissatisfied with their dishonesty and not including the price on mounting a tire.
