Top Gym, Very Friendly Environment. Never Too Cramped/Busy, So You Are Able To Plan A Workout And Actually Get It Done. Highly Recommend.
An excellent gym, always receive a warm welcome from Richard the owner and Alex the PT. A friendly atmosphere where you are allowed to work out at your own leisure and pace. There is an excellent range of equipment which is always maintained to the highest of standards. There is never any queuing so a planned workout can be fulfilled. Should you require any advice then the knowledge available from Richard & Alex is second to none. Would recommend to anyone who is looking to stay in shape.
An excellent gym that I would recommend to anyone. Always immaculate and well looked after. It has all the equipment you need and the changing facilities are always kept clean.
