I was skeptical about going to work for a temp agency. I did not know how they work or anything. I met with Judith, who interviewed me. She saw that I had the desire to work and was able to assist with finding me a position that best fit my comfort. I like the job I’m at and for R G Staffing's help.
I posted my resume on Monster.com and a few minutes later someone called from RG Staffing. I set up a interview with them and for their client and a few days later I was employed! After my 90 day probationary period with RG's client, I was hired on PERMANENT. I think they did a great job for me. Communication is KEY with RG Staffing!
They reduced my wage from $11.00 to $7.25. They are completely dishonest when dealing with employees. I wouldn't be surprised if they weren't breaking the LAW!!!
