Dominic is amazing! After our basement flooded, our heating and AC completely broke down. Dominic came out as fast as he could to take care of it. He is incredibly nice, polite, and accommodating. He got everything working perfectly again in no time. He does top-tier work and is always punctual. 10/10 recommend, and they have gained a customer for life!
Best company ever I’ve been with them for Manny years my whole family is with them they were always polite very nice and do great work. Dominic is great very polite. I will say they had a bit of difficulty calling back but recently they changed their secretary and she is great I haven’t had difficulty reaching them ever since. Overall great service definitely recommend.
Pire service ever ont a une air climatisé sous garantie pour 3 ans encore qui fait défaut après 40 appel a me faire dire n'importe quoi et qu'on me rappelle pas je me déplace a leur bureau 3 semaines après le premier appel aucun retour d'appel aucune réparation malgré la garantie pire endroit ever et malgré que c'est écrit dans leur réponse sur les avis de contacter Dominique aucun retour de lui non plus y rient de leur clients ben raide je ne recommanderais pas a mon pire ennemis jaimerais mettre 0 étoile mais google me for... read more
Worst company ever!!! sold us a Trane 2 years ago. Will not answer calls, they now look out of business, cannot be trusted, Richard , Dominic and Agnes are totally unreliable.
