Very disappointing experience. We’ve been without air conditioning for over three months, and we’re still being told that the necessary part is on backorder. Despite the extreme delay, there’s been no offer of compensation or meaningful support. The lack of urgency and communication is unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Had a trane AC unit, Dealt with Legault for a few years, they would tell us they ordered a part and never called back. Service guy looked completely lost, paid over 3k to service the AC unit in the fall and now it doesn’t work. Would never deal with them again. The technicians were incompetent. Would not recommend this company to anyone.
Absolutely terrible awful service. Have had problems since their only available technician worked on my furnace A/C. Asked about 8 times over a few weeks for the technician, Dominic, to simply call me, which never happened. Now with no A/C in a heat wave. Spoke to the owner, Mr. Legault, and still no contact. Extremely disappointed. Stay away.
