I brought in my gold wedding rings to be polished, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The craftsmanship was excellent—my rings look brand new again! Ron and Debbie Hucley are professional and compassionate people. Ron has done several personal jewellery pieces and repairs He explains in detail the pros and cons of fixing your jewellery. I would highly recommend Ron for his excellent work and beauty of the final piece of jewellery.
Incredibly awkward and it felt like they were unable to understand the conversation/request to the point where they came across rude. I’m concerned they don’t do enough business, or perhaps it was a new hire I was dealing with, as my interaction with them did not feel like they have dealt with many clients before. Wish them all the best and hopefully their customer service improves!
