RG Cook Plumbing and heating came over yesterday to fix a blocked pipe in the basement. They were very nice, reasonably priced and did good work. They were very prompt (they came the next day after I called them) and cleaned up the area after finishing the job. They explained the details of the method they were going to use and offered suggestions to make it so that the garbage disposal doesn't leak out under the sink the next time it is backed up. I highly recommend them and will be calling them again.
He was very professional. He has excellent work ethic. And we are very pleased with the installation of our hot water tank.
We were very fortunate to have found this master-certified plumber. We contacted him originally to fix work done incorrectly. Yesterday, we contacted him again when our floor was bubbling from a dishwasher leak that went unnoticed for a time. He and his apprentice arrived promptly at the appointed time, wore masks the entire time, did the necessary work and also guided us to the next steps.
