Worst customer service experience of my life! And that I have ever heard of! Requested price estimate before going ahead with any repairs.. followed up halfway through the day to check... nobody returned call... went to collect before close as hadn't heard and ..... The car was locked in the workshop, they had shut workshop early and left... I was stranded and unable to contact anybody, had to pay for $120 taxi home... and when my msg was finally received by owner.. I then get a call from the psychotic office mole who procee... read more
