I'd give zero stars if I could. Dont trust the owner, chump named Brad. I called for a price and he told me $400. I showed up to have the work done and all the sudden the price went to $550. Classic bait and switch from someone desperate for business. It should have been a sign he had no cars in his shop when I arrived. I told him just what I thought of his way of doing business and we exchanged some words. Save yourself the run around and go to a professional. I will be sure to refer every customer of mine else where.

This is a fantastic, customer service centered body shop where you deal with the owner. If Brad has time on the schedule, your car will be in done, done well, and out. Avoid all the big corporate owned chains, where you are a number in a fancy waiting room and work with a local guy who does all the work with his helper. Brad will write your estimate, pre order parts and have everything ready so you don;t sit around. Enterprise in Bothell will deliver a loaner if you need one. R&G focuses on your car and does quality work.
