This company has to be the worst company to ever work for and or rent from. They do not want tenants to be able to reach them. They will not work with you or take care of you. And as an ex employee believe me I know. If your thinking about getting a job id look the other way. They dont know how to run the business just worried about filling there pockets.
Wanted to rent an apartment from them and kept calling the number but no one would ever pick up the phone so we left messages and even submitted an online request. Totally unresponsive and wasted our time.
I bought a very nice home in December of 2024 for just over $400,000. Our driveway has sunk and the front concrete stairs in front of our brick front porch are separating. I have been unable to get any action from Fralin to repair the work. Very disappointed in their response time. They have emailed me back a couple of times saying that things are under review. Simple but powerful: Fralin builds house’s with sticks and mud. We currently rent. We have had multiple issues here and customer service are clowns. We have a leak in our ceiling and emergency maintenance says it’s not an emergency. See picture.
RUN!! Do not rent or buy from this agency. They scam you out of thousands of dollars when you move out. This agency is a scam and do not require much down so they can charge you thousands at move out. Unless you want to be scammed, I suggest take your business elsewhere. They also have open numerous cases with the BBB for their homes and rentals!
