Just closed on a house with them in Christiansburg a week ago or so. Had so many issues during construction process, and some they even claim to be normal. For starters, my real estate agent and I met with the builder and the windows rep. Was assured the improperly installed windows would be fixed but after closing they still are not fixed. They claimed that these stickers they put on it were the fix all and would make it air tight. Well that’s a joke. If I could give zero stars I would, it's literally sad the experience I just had to go through with these guys unprofessional isn't even a word to describe these people. I should have trusted the reviews on Zillow all 30 negative comments .. so many issues with communication to start. Then all of my W2s and information written by my boss stating that I work remotely wasnt enough for them.
