Email inquiries I made about property (before went to see)questions and concerns were all handled quickly and thoroughly. I was given all info needed. At walk through Dustin had already done so many touch ups hardly anything at all was needed. He was so friendly and gave helpful information for us. Tehya was lovely very helpful checking things I didn’t even think of. They made it stress free and fun!
If you want a good building/buying experience. Choose any home builder but Fralin.
Absolutely garbage. We moved into our house and are constantly noticing problems. On a slightly windy day we noticed the rug on the inside of the front door moving away (feet away from the door) because there was no seal of any kind under the transition. On a rainy day went into the basement and saw water dripping about 2 feet on the interior, the back door was leaking and funneling water under the LVP flooring. The warranty is a joke. They set up my neighbor’s sump pump to drain into my backyard and it floods every day. They call their ignorant, bald-headed construction supervisor (The warranty department) and his response was that “It was to be expected.” And they blocked my phone number. I gave full asking price and as soon as the sale was over, they kicked me to the curb. How hard is it to do the right thing? Do not buy from these people.
