We recently were the selling agents for a Fralin home which had been held as a rental. There were some punchlist items which needed correction, including one repair which went past closing. The staff did a great job making sure the repairs were handled properly and following up, after settlement, to let me know they had been completed.
I recently sold a Fralin home and the onsite staff and office staff were very good to work With. They were very receptive to my clients concerns and questions.
The team at R. Fralin was great to work with throughout the new construction phase. Any time there was a question or concern they were responsive and addressed in a timely manner. I hope to get the opportunity to work with them again!
Tehya was so helpful during the past few months.
