I bought a very nice home in December of 2024 for just over $400,000. Our driveway has sunk and the front concrete stairs in front of our brick front porch are separating. I have been unable to get any action from Fralin to repair the work. Very disappointed in their response time. They have emailed me back a couple of times saying that things are under review. We purchased a new construction home from Fralin. We looked at almost every available builder in the area and even after purchasing and living in the home, we believe Fralin Homes are the best builders in the area. We had a few hiccups as you would expect with any new build, and they were very understanding and prompt to take care of my concerns even after closing.
Tehya Botelho, Sales Associate Was great to work with to get a contract ratified for our buyers at Fralin Homes. All info was communicated great and transparent.
We recently were the selling agents for a Fralin home which had been held as a rental. There were some punchlist items which needed correction, including one repair which went past closing. The staff did a great job making sure the repairs were handled properly and following up, after settlement, to let me know they had been completed.
I recently sold a Fralin home and the onsite staff and office staff were very good to work With. They were very receptive to my clients concerns and questions.
