I had an incredible session at R-Fit this evening! I'm not from the area and happened to find this gem while traveling. A lovely woman named Jes gave me a quick tour of the gym and even worked out with me for a bit. It was such a refreshing experience to have someone so friendly and welcoming — she really made me feel at home. The facility was spotless, and the entire staff was fantastic. Small local gym with a great selection of machines. There is an area for kids that has cameras so you can keep an eye out. Multiple treadmills (and they work).. free weights, yoga room, and tanning. Staff is awesome. I usually go after 10 at night and there has been someone on site most nights. 24 hour access but membership is required. Excellent little gym. Comparable to big name chain gyms.

Always a friendly environment. Gym is clean and equipped with a huge selection of machines. Definitely the best gym in town
