I have reported this practice to ICB and CQC for the conduct of receptionists , negligence of my health issues by Dr Hanif , where I ended up being admitted to the hospital urgently and surgery done next day the service is appalling and unprofessionalism is not the suitable word to describe this place , receptionists have no manners or work ethics towards patients or their needs, absolutely needs investigation from CQC.

Never answers phone. Always miss items from repeat prescriptions. Should be shut down. Its dangerous for patients and service user I hope the the local health board and ICB take notice. I will be making an official complaint to the ICB and local health board and encourage others to do the same
