Just waited 1 hour and ten minutes on the phone being caller number 3 for 30 mins and then caller number 2 for 40 minutes. No one ever picks the phone up at this surgery!! I had to put the phone down in the end!! They must all be winding down for Christmas!!!!
I've been a patient for several years now, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the care I receive at this practice. Dr Mehraj and Dr Hanif always take the time to listen carefully to my concerns, explain things thoroughly, and makes sure I feel fully informed about my health. Fantastic with my children too.

I have reported this practice to ICB and CQC for the conduct of receptionists , negligence of my health issues by Dr Hanif , where I ended up being admitted to the hospital urgently and surgery done next day the service is appalling and unprofessionalism is not the suitable word to describe this place , receptionists have no manners or work ethics towards patients or their needs, absolutely needs investigation from CQC.
