The system we bought has been trash since we bought it. We’ve had to send the headsets back at least a dozen times to be repaired. They also should come with a battery for the piece they charge. I recommend finding a different company to do your drive thru business with.
As an independent technician I advise other techs to avoid dealing with this company. Multiple contracts with this company in arbitration due to their refusal to adhere to said contracts. Probably don't.
