For the second year, I was not on their mowing schedule because I did not return a written contract mailed in January. For the second year, I did NOT receive a written contract, even after verfying all info with them last year. No telephone call to inquire if I wanted to cancel. The working crew guys were always polite....the company owners appear to lack customer service concepts.
