My chain snapped on my motorcycle leaving me stuck, I phoned and they were honest, saying they might have a chain that would fit and that they might not be able to get it fitted today but thankfully they had one and got it fitted having me back on the road within an hour.
I've been visiting these guys since I first got into motorbikes 3 years ago. Not once have they let me down or messed me about. Always great at fixing a problem with your bike, or just doing your yearly service without a hassle or absurd fee. Ronnie in the shop is super helpful and knowledgeable as well.
