I have never experienced so much unprofessionalism and disrespect in my life. The customer service of your employees was horrible and very distrustful. Firstly, I waited over a month to receive an email of my installation date. Then once the day arrived, I called several times to follow up where was the installer. I ordered a storm door from Home Depot, and they use this company for those installations. I received an email saying that they would be here at a certain date and two-hour time window. I took off of work and waited around. No one showed up. I called Home Depot, who said that I was not on the schedule. They asked if I confirmed the appointment and said I was supposed to receive a phone call. I reviewed my phone records and voicemails and never received such a call. Do not use this company for a kitchen installation in the Philadelphia PA area. Steve Corcoran is the biggest flake. He will schedule dates and times to do your installation and then without a phone call or text won't show up. Excuses after excuses he will make and is terrible with communication. My installation was supposed to be completed in May 2018 and it is now Nov 2018 and its still not completely done. My husband and I were not able to live in our house from May to October because the kitchen was completely ripped out... read more
