Last week our well pump stopped. They called us back before their store was opened and came quickly. Fred is so awesome and knowledgeable. Some would have said you need a new pump but not them. They worked hard and with a 276 ft well repaired what needed to be done and within hours everything was working well. Last yr we needed a new water heater and the took extra precautions not to get anything on our new carpet and left everything clean and even repaired the floor beneath the heater. I called about 3:30 today, to make an appointment, and did not realize how far away you were and cannot afford the mileage on top of your service fee. I just spoke to a lady to make the appt, and 5 minutes later cannot get anyone to answer…that’s odd. I am trying to cancel your service, to not waste your time and I will not be able to pay you, but cannot get a hold of anyone to cancel.
