I had a very disappointing experience with R&E Supply. I purchased a fan motor on April 16, 2026, to replace a broken one. After installing it, the motor failed completely just 11 days later on April 27. When I called to request an exchange for what was clearly a faulty product, I was told they would not honor it because I am not a licensed technician who purchased the motor.
