I can't speak for their work, so I by no means give the one star for work quality. I am giving the one star for road safety. Worker going at least 20 mph over the speed limit in a work zone/construction zone, in the rain, making unsafe road conditions for everyone around them. I understand your work truck is set high above normal pedestrian vehicles and they DID have splash guards but it was not enough.
