Great staff. Great Service. I brought my bike here after a little bang up with some rocks and uneven pavement. I am still just getting used to riding on these steep Seattle hills and I thought that my bike would be too expensive to bother repairing. I mangled the derailleur and my back rim. I am happy to say that R and E took care of my trusty bike and it is back out on the road. my repairs were well within my budget and i appreciate the speedy repair time frame and courteous and friendly staff!!
Only Custom Cyle in Town Best consumer experience that I have had in a while. Bikes are exquisite and are made in the shop. A Northwest original. If you cycle here, what better than to do it on a quality bike made by folks who live here.
Great Bike and Customer Service R & E Cycles is just a neighborhood bike shop the way they all should be. Staff are friendly, knowledgable and aim to please. I have bought tires and bike supplies here, as well as have my bike serviced, and am always happy with the results. One guy even gave me a little lesson on fixing a tire problem myself the next time, and on another occasion they gave me a new tire when I brought in a faulty one, even though I had bought the tire months ago and they didn't even carry the same kind anymor... read more
Very Knowledgeable, Well Stocked, Service Oriented After a bike fitting at another place had me searching for a new seat post and stem, I found everything I needed (and more!) at R & E - at a great price and with great service. good recreation Bicycling is a hobby my husband and I both enjoy and we needed a new bikeso we checked out this shop. Great selection of medium to high end bikes for the serious hobbist. They had good service and we found a bike we liked and purchased.
Good selection, service I needed a light for the front and back of my bike. I was planning on just buying those and installing them onto my bike. However, the service man at the shop offered to do it for free! I was very satisfied, and am still satisfied, with the job he did. It only took a few minutes and was ready to go. They also have a lot of selection for bike wheels and other accessories. PROS: friendly, helpful CONS: Parking
