We read all the amazing reviews about this shop and decided to bring a Jeep with an engine light sensor on and a weir noise in the gear change. We brought the Jeep May 26, I am finally taking the Jeep out today July 8. Had a bill of $750 and the jeep has the same issues. We never got a call letting us know what was wrong with the Jeep. We had to call after 15 days asking what was going on. They still didn’t know, and will always tell us they were going to call or text us back. Service is great but prices have increased quite a bit. Very disappointing.
I have a Jeep with teraflex heavy duty everything that had a suspension issue after keeping my car for a day this shop gave me a bid for about $5,000 to put subpar parts on my already built Jeep. These guys probably do a great job on basic everyday stuff but if you have a nice suspension this ain't the place to get it worked on
I took my truck to R&E Auto and was very impressed right from the start. Great customer service from Laura and rest of the team. They did a fantastic job and did it very timely. I would recommend R&E!
