I had a great experience with Rodney. There were a few issues but Rodney addressed them in a very professional manner with me and that’s all I can ask for from a businessman. My fence and gates look level straight and our extremely solid. Gate locks are aligned perfectly and work fantastic. I would not recommend using this company at any time!! I had a fence with multiple gates installed at my primary residence and had one problem after another with Rodney’s company. A job that was quoted to take 4 days ended up taking 11 days to complete. Communication was not possible with his crew, they claimed “No English”. His crew came out did an amazing job replacing a damaged wooden fence with a new vinyl one. Looks Great at a great price.
I initially had 5-star reviews for this biz, I loved the fence; but he ghosted me when I asked for help after Milton and now that I finally found assistance, the people helping are finding VERY LITTLE CONCRETE underground. I don't care how this is responded to, we all know what we're looking at. Disappointed. If you charged more to add enough concrete people would pay to avoid situations like this.
Overall really good experience with The Fenceman and his crew. I found everyone pleasant, easy to work with, professional, and hardworking. Everyone was patient with my questions and need for reassurance and constantly being around during install. Our new fence (old one at least 30+years old, lost most during Milton) changes our whole view of backyard. If you are thinking of changing your old fence, give Rodney Bean a call. Thanks again for your hard work, and crew's work ethic.
