One of the few "Remaining" Father and Son owned shops left around. Hands downBest Power EQUIPMENT store in the tri state. No, the outside of the building isn't bright and fancy, but it doesn't need to be. The folks at R&D have more experience than any other power equipment store around (30+ yrs exp) and are BY FAR the FRIENDLIEST people you will meet. I've taken 4 mowers in w/in the last 2 months, spent close to $300 for servicing & repairs & 3 of them had to go back because they weren't fixed correctly. Last one still cuts like crap after 2 visits
