like the 2017 ZERO rating. nothing has changed. I took my lawnmower engine a my brother said he did repair. (since then he doesn't take his back either) charged me 85.00 to tune up lawnmower got one mowing out of it (size of a garage) and died out. Took it back and he said you have to wiggle the choke and if he had to take it back to work on it there would be a charge (I later found out) wiggled choke and it still doesn't even make a mowing without sputtering I was going to refer to my co-workers at the first time but today... read more

I actually would give R and D a rating of 0. I took a generator down for repair and 8 months later went and picked it up. It was laying there in pieces and the man said it would be easier for me or someone to fix without having to take things apart. I took it to another business and then found out R and D didn't even give me back all the parts. One of the things missing was the gas tank. R and D is a joke--rude and incompetent. He was even mad when I suggested he needed to put the generator back together.
