By closing their doors for good. They lied to me and wasted my time. poor excuse for customer service

I'm sorry you feel that you were lied to- actually just because you didn't hear what you wanted to hear doesn't make it a lie. Our customer service department never charged you the minimum shop labor that should have been charged because our mechanics looked at your piece of equipment and there was nothing wrong with it. Yesterday afternoon or customer service department took it upon themselves to call the manufacturer on your behalf and had convinced them to send us new parts that may or may not be bad on your unit. I have worked for them since September 2019 and they are very friendly and know their stuff I would recommend them to anyone.
