I went in originally on a Tuesday to get a universal high/low air shift valve, because I am installing a gear shift ball on my truck. I will not trust those people at all! The goid reviews that you see on their page are posted by relatives or people that are working there! Lack of responsibility and accountability! Asked for and estimate twice! Never got one! They have done some repairs that had not been requested or approved , could not present a prove that i requested to update the ecm. Furthermore, there is a recall campain on that ECM, so to be able to do it right, had to be done at the dealership! They have done it without my approval, then asked for ... read more
STAY AWAY & STEER CLEAR OF SWINDLERS AND DUPES! Ask for repair cost before you pull in for any repair! These folks are Extortionists, dubious, fraudulent and Merciless! I pulled into their shop to plug a coolant leak from a hose, too far from radiator, the eyes can see and detect! (Pictures attached) No pressure test and coolant drain needed! Great crew in service and excellent in and out time .too Ronny in service was very helpful and strait up on when he would have a tech to help me with a ABS sensor issue... I showed up as advised by Ronny and was up and running in about a hour. Thanks for your help guys!
These folks are phenomenal... I lost my steering pump reserve on interstate 40 on a Friday night so I literally had to drive almost over 200 miles to get to this place and they were the best in the greatest help I could ever think of I had to customize it aftermarket because they didn't have the one I needed, but it turned out nice and they had all the parts on a Saturday. This was amazing thank you.
