I will not trust those people at all! The goid reviews that you see on their page are posted by relatives or people that are working there! Lack of responsibility and accountability! Asked for and estimate twice! Never got one! They have done some repairs that had not been requested or approved , could not present a prove that i requested to update the ecm. Great crew in service and excellent in and out time .too Ronny in service was very helpful and strait up on when he would have a tech to help me with a ABS sensor issue... I showed up as advised by Ronny and was up and running in about a hour. Thanks for your help guys!
STAY AWAY & STEER CLEAR OF SWINDLERS AND DUPES! Ask for repair cost before you pull in for any repair! These folks are Extortionists, dubious, fraudulent and Merciless! I pulled into their shop to plug a coolant leak from a hose, too far from radiator, the eyes can see and detect! (Pictures attached) No pressure test and coolant drain needed! Jim Phillips is fantastic! He went above and beyond to try to find a part we needed. The rest of the staff was very attentive and super welcoming. Recommend 10/10!
Very professional service team, highly recommend! R&D came out on a road call, diagnosed my Freightliner and got the truck fixed the same day. Really appreciate it! Use them if you are in need of repair or mobile service!
