Jim came out to do our septic today and it was a surprise to find out that when we had bought our home in 2020 the septic had not been fully cleaned. One of the lids would not come off and my husband and I clearly remember only one area where they (Don’s Septic) had dug before. You need to dig two separate holes for two separate lids. We reached out to R & D, as none of our toilets were flushing at all. They were very responsive, came to our house within 2 hrs of the original call, and they took care of pumping our septic tank. Both gentlemen were very nice and professional! I’d recommend them to anyone who needs septic services!
